Here’s how it works: For each of your vacancies, we will provide as standard:

1 – Optimised advert creation

Your recruitment ad will be professionally copywritten, with attention to keywords that will help get it seen by the right people, and entice the best candidates to apply.

2 – 4-week advertising campaign on leading UK job boards

Unlike many volume recruitment packages where one credit buys you an ad on one online recruitment site only, our credits entitle you to a listing on both Reed and Totaljobs. Your job advert will remain live for 1-4 weeks, as determined by you.

3 – Candidate CVs delivered daily, weekly or on campaign completion

Whether you want CVs in your inbox every day throughout the campaign, or to wait and view them all after the application closing date, we can accommodate.

We’re also available on the end of the phone to offer personal advice and support at any point throughout the recruitment process and are happy to negotiate an upgrade of your package to include screening of CVs, or even a full management service if required.

Credits

1 credit = 1 advert on 4 of the TOP 10 job boards including Reed and Totaljobs

Once we understand your recruitment requirements we will send you a bespoke offer similar to this example, allowing you to purchase a heavily discounted bundle of credits that convert into job adverts.

Once purchased, credits are valid for 12 months, and we will provide you with a monthly update on your credit balance available.

There is an initial minimum purchase of 5 credits, but this number can be topped up in batches of 5 or more as required at the same discounted rate.
